S&S Hair Studios offers both physical hair products (including bundles, wigs, closures, and extensions) and digital products (including but not limited to guides, ebooks, courses, templates, and downloadable content).

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service at any time.

All product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that all information will be error-free.

3. Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital goods, once a purchase is completed and access is granted or the file is downloaded, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

By purchasing a digital product from S&S Hair Studios, you acknowledge that:

You will receive immediate or instant access upon purchase
You waive any right to chargebacks based on "non-use," "accidental purchase," or dissatisfaction
Digital content is for personal use only unless otherwise stated
You may not copy, resell, distribute, share, or reproduce any digital product without written permission

S&S Hair Studios reserves the right to revoke access to digital products in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

4. Preorder & Processing (Physical Products)

Some physical items may not be in stock at the time of purchase. These are considered preorder items and typically require 4–5 business days to arrive at S&S Hair Studios before quality inspection and fulfillment.

All items undergo a quality control check before shipment. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any product that does not meet our standards.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance and approval.

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be canceled or modified.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory issues, or payment concerns.

6. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products)

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier and the customer.

S&S Hair Studios is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

7. No Refund & No Return Policy

All sales of physical products are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns on any hair products including bundles, wigs, closures, or frontals.

8. Limited Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only permitted if S&S Hair Studios sends the incorrect item.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

9. Tariffs, Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or government fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

10. Limitation of Liability

S&S Hair Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Responsibility for physical products transfers to the shipping carrier once shipped.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, product descriptions, images, and digital products are the property of S&S Hair Studios and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

All digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

12. Fraud, Chargebacks & Disputes

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback or fraudulent claim using order records, tracking information, digital access logs, and communication history.

Customers agree not to initiate disputes for issues covered under these terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which S&S Hair Studios operates.
