No Refund, No Return & Limited Exchange Policy

At S&S Hair Studios, we are committed to providing premium-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final.

No Returns

S&S Hair Studios does not accept returns on any hair extensions, bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, or other hair products. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered, it cannot be returned for any reason.

No Refunds

All purchases made through S&S Hair Studios are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Personal preference regarding texture, color, length, density, or hair origin

  • Failure to review product descriptions before purchase

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Improper installation, maintenance, storage, coloring, bleaching, chemical processing, or handling of the hair

  • Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

  • Refused, abandoned, or unclaimed packages

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only permitted if S&S Hair Studios has made an error in fulfilling your order and shipped the incorrect item(s).

To request an exchange due to a fulfillment error:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photographs of the received item(s), packaging, shipping label, and order confirmation.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and remain in its original packaging with all tags, ties, and seals intact.

S&S Hair Studios reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving an exchange and may deny any request that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Product Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon delivery and before installation, cutting, coloring, bleaching, chemical treatment, washing, or any other alteration.

Hair that has been installed, worn, cut, colored, chemically processed, washed, brushed, or altered in any way will not qualify for exchange under any circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, S&S Hair Studios is not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, stolen packages, damaged packages, customs delays, or delivery issues beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. S&S Hair Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with S&S Hair Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

S&S Hair Studios reserves the right to challenge any chargeback or payment dispute by providing order confirmations, shipment tracking information, proof of delivery, customer communications, and this policy to the appropriate financial institution or payment processor.

Policy Updates

S&S Hair Studios reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
