Any item that is not currently in stock will be treated as a preorder item. Preorder products typically require 4–5 business days to arrive at S&S Hair Studios from our supplier before processing can begin.
Once preorder items arrive, our team performs a thorough quality inspection to verify the product meets our standards. After inspection is complete, the order will be packaged and shipped to the customer.
Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, carrier transit times, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping time begins only after your order has been processed, quality checked, packaged, and transferred to the shipping carrier.
