Shipping Policy

At S&S Hair Studios, we are committed to providing premium-quality hair products. To ensure every customer receives products that meet our standards, all orders are subject to processing and quality inspection before shipment.

Order Processing

Items listed as available in stock will be processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.

Any item that is not currently in stock will be treated as a preorder item. Preorder products typically require 4–5 business days to arrive at S&S Hair Studios from our supplier before processing can begin.

Once preorder items arrive, our team performs a thorough quality inspection to verify the product meets our standards. After inspection is complete, the order will be packaged and shipped to the customer.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, carrier transit times, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping time begins only after your order has been processed, quality checked, packaged, and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed.

S&S Hair Studios is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures

  • Tariffs, duties, or import restrictions

  • High shipping volume periods

  • Labor shortages or carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Any circumstances beyond our control

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and current carrier pricing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

S&S Hair Studios reserves the right to adjust shipping rates when necessary due to carrier increases, fuel surcharges, tariffs, customs fees, or other shipping-related costs.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

S&S Hair Studios is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before the package can be reshipped.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once the shipping carrier accepts the package.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting the carrier regarding delivery updates.

Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, S&S Hair Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered packages.

Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier when applicable.

While we may assist by providing shipment documentation, we cannot guarantee replacement, reimbursement, refunds, or carrier claim approval.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages refused by the customer or returned as unclaimed are not eligible for refunds.

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship returned packages.

Tariffs, Customs & Import Fees

Shipping timelines, product availability, and pricing may be impacted by tariffs, customs duties, import taxes, government regulations, or supplier-related cost increases.

S&S Hair Studios is not responsible for customs delays, government inspections, additional import fees, or charges assessed by customs authorities after shipment.

Any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Policy Agreement

By placing an order with S&S Hair Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy.

S&S Hair Studios reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
